Featuring a large Versiclad pergola with integrated downlights and ceiling fans, offering a spacious outdoor entertaining area. The elevated deck is constructed from Trex Transcend composite decking in the vibrant “Spiced Rum” colour. A sleek glass balustrade surrounds the deck, while stainless steel wire with a Merbau top rail enhances the stairs. Beneath the elevated deck, there’s a luxurious sauna with a custom-designed Blackbutt bench seat.
